Our 5.5% Italian Pilsner is back! Clean, bright, and full of joy. A Pilsner malt base provides the foundation for a showcase of German hops. Delicately dry hopped Saaz and Saphir provide aroma and flavor components reminiscent of a bouquet of flowers. Meatball is indeed a bouquet of flowers, full of joy.

Crisp Nobel hops. Golden pour with decent head. Crisp finish. Good for style, whatever this style is supposed to be. Tap at brewery.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Bready aromas. Flavors are slightly sweet and moderately bitter. Crisp finish.
