Hazy straw-yellow color with white head. Aroma is minerally, citrus, leafs, yeasty, grainy. Taste is citrusy, earthy, grassy, lemongrass, bitter finish. Crisp. Not bad, quite a nice refreshing Zwickel.

500ml bottle. Barely clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Nice, minimally funky aroma of the luckily non-filtered ingredients, protein, hay, lemon. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, minimally grainy, hoppy overtones with a lemon touch, minimally soapy finish; light and watery. Quite OK.

Bottle: Very pale golden coloured, small stable and lacy white head, lively carbonation; dryish grainy and citrussy-hoppy nose with a certain yeasty fruitiness; quite dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and pretty soft; spicy-hoppy and fruity finish. Pleasant thirst-quencher…

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Grassy and herbal hoppy aroma with doughy pale malt. Mildly bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Doughy pale malt character with mainly grassy and slightly herbal hoppy spots; rather dry and “hochvergoren” finish with grassy hoppy accents. Okay. 24.VI.14

500ml bottle thanks to Beerhunter111. Pours hazy yellow. Decent Helles, light taste, grassy with just a touch of lemon curd on the finish. Refreshing and drinkable but definitely had better from the region.
