Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes strohgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, blumig, leicht säuerlich. Geschmack getreidig malzig, leicht säuerlich, Citrus, insgesamt sehr getreidig und frisch.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-wheaty, modest dry. More and more grasy, some flowery-hoppy notes. Really interesting beer!

Hazy pale blond color. Nice delicate aroma of cereals and straws. Light mouthfeel, smooth, with simple but pleasant flavor o straws. Easy but drinkable.

Golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is fairly dry with a malty edge, and the flavour is quite strongly yeasty with a malty dry feel.

From tap the brewpub. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight citrusy. Bitter, citrusy, light yeasty and grassy. Bitter and citrusy finish.

Tap. Milky yellow, white lace. Salt, light lactic. Mealy start, salty, wheatish finish, salt acid finish.

Draught @ Schanzenbrau Schankwirtschaft, Adam-Klein-Str. 27, Nurnberg, Bavaria, Germany 90429.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, citrus - green grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, grassy, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110421]

Frischer, deutlich herber Antrunk mit wenigen, dafür aussagekräftigen und frischen Hopfentönen. Im weiteren Verlauf sehr frisch, der Hopfen und die Herbe bleiben die Hauptaromen vor einem leicht säuerlichen Hintergrund, der damit glänzt, die Säuerlichkeit anzudeuten, nicht aber durchzuführen, das sonst wohl weniger passen würde. 9/10/10/11//11

Quite pale. Good head. Fresh breezy herbal hops and light pale malt. Quite crisp and lean. Dry finish with just a light bready malt signature.
