There's a little play on words happening here which makes a little more sense in French. In its native language, one could use the term bouquet to describe an arrangement of differing things... not just flowers, hence this beer is the combination of our two main cuveés... their Jonquilles and our Gold. Both of these beers additionally feature a strong flower motif, making the bouquet terminology all the more appropriate. Link to Instagram post from the day.
Made to be a slightly lower alcohol version of their Jonquilles with the addition of organic spelt, buckwheat, organic 2022 Motueka hops and even a small sprinkling of Gulbarn tea leaves wild harvested and hand-picked by Alawa people on Alawa Country in the Northern Territory’s remote Big Rivers region.

A little lime and lots of hazy. Soft and suave. Golden pour with decent head, ok lacing. Soft bitter finish. Nice stuff to be sure. True to the game like Grand Puba. Tap at Ma Che.
