New Zealand IPA
This NZ IPA was brewed in the modern Northwest IPA style. What does this mean? It means it was brewed with a lager yeast and modern hops to be not too bitter, crisp, light, but still brite (clear). It has a rounded hop bite like the classic American IPA style. This beer was brewed exclusively with NZ origin hops and uses 3 types of Nelson Sauvin - T90, Cryo, and Kief!
