From Lake Ontario to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, this IPA collab with Bissell Brothers is sure to rock the boat.
This is our first collab with the Portland, Maine brewery, although we're long time admirers and friends. Bissell Brothers may sound familiar to some old Witchstock attendees, and the name of the collab beer might also ring a few bells.
Bellux came from their well known pale ale, called Lux, hopped exclusively with Mosaic and brewed with rye. When deciding on a recipe for this collab, we figured, why change something that's perfect just the way it is? Instead, we're bringing the Bissell Brothers recipe to Toronto, but turning it into an IPA!
Notes of grape Fun Dip, strawberry jam and cotton candy.

Some pineapple. Pours hazy yellow with good head and lacing. Light tart/ hop tang finish. Tap at Snally.
