A medium bodied New England hazy-juicy IPA. This ale was fermented with two yeast strains and dry hopped with a pirate’s booty of Mosaic cryo-hops. Through a process called biotransformation, these yeast convert hop compounds into orange, citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Grapefruit and lemon. Slightly hazy golden pour with ok head. More of a traditional IPA in vibe, hence why I entered it so. Bitter end. Pleasant beer.
