We’re forever free, and this double IPA is Endless.
Let’s set the record straight: For the last year or so, we’ve found ourselves brewing more and more West Coasty IPAs and pale ales, applying what we’ve learned from making the gamut of other IPAs to the San Diego archetype. Root Down, Tall Trees, Seamless – these are some of our favorite beers in recent memory. Logically, we thought it was time to scale up the fun to a DIPA.
Brewed with pilsner and pale malts, Endless clocks in at formidable 8.8%. Mosaic and Simcoe dove into the whirlpool, then plunged once more into dry-hop alongside Amarillo. Come a little closer… these three modern Pacific Northwest classics radiate blueberry and tangerine with a touch of pine and dankness.
Crisp and refreshing. The power of the sun in 16oz cans.

Mango, papaya and passion fruit. Certainly a dose of amaretto almond like flavour here. Pours golden orange with some lasting head and a little lacing. Caramel. Not sure I like this as much as some of their lower ABV West Coast entries. But it's still competent and capable--a lot more than you can say for most people who lean more hazy. Bittersweet end, some booze. Tap at brewery.
