Less than a month after marking our ninth anniversary, we have arrived upon our 600th batch. And since a whole lot of the previous 599 batches were India Pale Ale, it only made sense to commemorate the occasion with another unabashed paean to humulus lupulus.

Now Serving: 600 showcases three of the mightiest hops known to man. Nelson Sauvin, the tropical and vinous New Zealand wonder, animates this 6.6% IPA as a mash hop and kettle addition. Almighty Citra supercharges the whirlpool with papaya and melon notes. And, in addition to more Nelson Sauvin and more Citra, NZ’s Nectaron dominates the dry-hop with its distinct personality of yuzu, peach, and lychee.

These varietals dance across a lush grist that hybridizes elements of our two most popular IPAs: Home* and Mr. Kite. Rye from the former. Malted and flaked oats from the latter.
