Twice is an 8% tribute to the Shaky Isles. This double IPA is hopped entirely with New Zealand varietals — more specifically, Freestyle Hops cultivated in Nelson’s legendary Moutere Valley. Nelson Sauvin. Motueka. NZ Cascade. Three of the choicest hops to sprout in the Southern Hemisphere, harmonizing in a chorus of pineapple, nectarine, guava, lime zest, pink grapefruit, white grape, and red berry. Do you know what we’re singing?
The grist features a mix of pilsner malts, along with English pale malt, oats, and a dash of chit malt. It’s just enough bass to support the hop treble.
Say hello — it’s twice as easy as saying goodbye.

Mango and passion fruit. Murky yellow pour with decent head. Light sweet finish with some hops tang. I dont detect much of my beloved Nelson here but it's still a good beer. Nelson is just buried. Tap at brewery.
