Bottled @ de Molen, small sample. Hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of light citrussy hops, farmhouse, sweaty socks, barnyard, so basicly the notes of Brett. Soft sour taste, slight bitter. An India Pale Lager with Brett, that’s probaby the best description. Perfect for the summer!

Bottle at the De Molen Second Tuesday tasting, September 2013. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty and with a bit of barnyard. The flavour is weak sour with an acidic, zesty citrus fruit, yeasty palate with a hint of caramel and malt and some smooth bitterness in the finish. A super refreshing and very tasty beer.

75cl shared at the molen monthly tasting. On the label it’s a lager ipa hybrid with brett yeast. Slightly funky aroma. Hazy blond pour. Bitter with a subtle sourness
