Aroma of soft malt, fruits, apricot, citrus, grain, Brett. Flavour is light sweet with a solid moderate bitterness. This is simply great, I love how the Brett inertacts with this tasty Kellerbier-ish brew. Delicious beer.

Draft at The Hague beer festival. Cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of Brett, real funky, manure, cat piss as well, not liking this, some citrus. Mostly just rough. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen, Stoom pub.

Sampled draft from Stoom during Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Hazy golden, creamy white head. Nose lightly funky hazy, zesty, light lemon. Taste is hazy dry mineral, puckering, sourish, zest, tad odd soap, hay, a bit bitter in the finish. Zesty body. Could have been a bit more expressive but rather nice.

Tap at Stoom. Slight hazy amber with white head. Brett up front with some funk, dusty cellar and tropical fruit. Sweet malts and even a light whisky touch, herbal bitter finish with some grass and soft German style hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice stuff.

Draught @ Stoom, Nijmegen. Hazy light orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, moderately bitter, a light hint of pepper, brett. Decent body, firm carbonation. Different take on the style I’d say but certainly not unpleasant.
