The collab with the great Puhaste Brewery is finally out!
We went for a fruited sour, but took a break from smoothie territory, without actually skimping on the fruit addition.
CHÂTEAU MIGRAINE is a delightfully local, blood red, 9% imperial sour ale, with all fermented red grape, aronia, black and red currant juices and purées.
Deceptively tart and acidic, subtly tannic, hearty and juicy, with a dash of noble lavender also to take it all the way home to its uncanny terroir.
