Draught at the brewpub
Dark color, almost black, with compact beige head. At first the aroma is cheesy, footy, baker’s yeast; some roasted malt. Dry mouthfeel, roasty, a bit too ashy, definitively too yeasty.
Flavors are too much black to appreciate this.
