While being already proud of our IPA, we desired a beer, even Bigger, even Stronger, even more Explosive in aromas ! That is our IIPA all about. An Imperial India Pale Ale called " Fouriaris ", a word which in Crete refers to a free, untamable & uncontrollable, wild animal. Fouriaris is massive, forceful and its hops are about to fascinate you!

Bottle. It’s a hazy one, dark orange-golden in color and with a dense, off-white head on top. Some lacing. The aroma is really pleasant, with peaches, resins and orange zest. Some lemon notes. It’s full-bodied, lightly warming and with a nice carbonation. Rather bitter, with lots of hoppy flavors, grapefruit, pine cones and and some oranges. Peach and grass hints and some malty sweetness. A tad more warmth in the finish, with lots of hoppyness. Really pleasant this one, although a tad warming. But I’d like to repeat it several times. 160312
