A traditional dark German wheat beer. A smooth, jet black body complimented by esters and fruity hop aromas. This black hefeweizen combines the refreshing flavours of a wheat beer with caramel and chocolate notes from the roasted barley.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Dark brown color, almost black, with creamy head. Light banana and dark caramel aroma. The mouthfeel is soft, round, moderately sweet; some dark caramel flavor, light spices.
Tastes like midway between a Dunkelweizen and a Dunkler Bock, it lacks a bit of character but it’s OK.
