Draught, Febriary 2014
Hazy blond color with compact head. It’s a simple Lager, not yet a Pils, with very light acidity in the aroma, strong cereals and hay character, weak body, poor malt flavor (absent), relatively low bitterness, paper feeling, very light diacetyl in the end.
Not a very good Pils.

pale golden medium head good persistence cloudy herbal hint of honey medium bitterness medium dry hint of yeasty
