Basically a less malty Schwarzbier. Which is interesting because I thought Mumme was supposed to be more malty, more heavy. Sad that they don't use tree bark and eggs like some brewers supposedly used to.

Draught at the Brewhouse on 16th October 2021. Dark and malty, beige head. It's an old school Dunkel and ticks all the right boxes.

Weich röstiger, eher mild malziger Antrunk. Die Malzigkeit bleibt das prägende Aroma, trockener werdend, was die Röstigkeit stärker in den Vordergrund rückt. Geringe Bitterkeit, die zum Ende aber ansteigt. Okay. 10/9/8/9//8
