Cloudy amber color with small head. The aroma is mild, lemony, creamy, with light malt. Good body strength, although a bit undercarbonated; it has some caramel flavor, hint of toffee, light residual sweetness; the bitterness level is correct, a good amount of orangey hop resins, and the hop carries an impression of Sorachi.
Overall, still a good beer, but it doesn’t seem to be fresh.

On tap (listed as Brewer Rod’s West Coast IPA (a Citra-centric 7% IPA). Pours with a slightly hazed golden body and a large white head. Aroma is dank, herbal, mango and tropical fruits. A light sweetness I normally associate with Amarillo. Taste is dry, light grain, citrusy, dank and herbal, with a lingering citrus bitterness. Some tropical fruit in the finish. Dry with medium carbonation. Really well done!
