Cask at the brewery
The color is almost black, with small head. The roasted malt is very soft in this beer, allowing the other components of the malt to be more evident, like the very good fire oven bread and the light chocolate and smoke, almost biscuity; correct bitterness, delivering fresh hop notes.
Clean, layered, fresh. Very good malt job.
Dangerously drinkable.
