Aroma is light malty, paper notes, light yeasty, soap - dishwater, grapefruit, citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Bottled. Cloudy yellow, rich airy head. Dusty grainy vanilla aroma. Medium sweet with light body. Soft and buttery, totaly free from esters. Some light grass and cider. No bitterness.
