Aroma is light malty, paper notes, light yeasty, soap - dishwater, grapefruit, citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20090921]

Bottled. Cloudy yellow, rich airy head. Dusty grainy vanilla aroma. Medium sweet with light body. Soft and buttery, totaly free from esters. Some light grass and cider. No bitterness.
