Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy chocolate, dark grains, cinnamon and a touch of nuttiness. Flavor has a nice combination of chocolate, roast, cinnamon and maple with some cinnamon supporting

On tap at the brewery. Black with a minimal tan head. Sweet with coffee, dark malt, cocoa, nuts and maple syrup. The finish was long.
