Brewed with our long time friends at Branch & Bone, in Dayton as well as Lallemand yeast, this crisp, yet assertive hoppy pilsner was brewed with Sugar Creek Pilsner malt, and dry hopped with Citra Dynaboost, Mosaic and Columbus CGX.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a floral hop character and notes of fruity yeast and toasty malt. The finish is crisp and mildly bitter with a floral hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
