Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a cloudy ruddy orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of strawberry, vanilla and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of sweet-tart strawberry, vanilla and roast malt. The finish is mildly tart with a strawberry shortcake aftertaste. Above average overall.
