Sample at the brewpub. Clear dark golden color with a medium thick frothy bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and toast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrus and herbal hop aftertaste. Pretty good IIPA overall.
