Hazy gold beer. Slightly sourish nose. Crisp semi dry palate. Sourish start but mildly so. Light airy malt with mildly sour fruits. There is the normal lemon and orange flavours in a beer like this but here there is also a distinct lime streak. Finishes dry and fruity sour. Tasty and drinkable sour - not too acid.

750 ml bottle for Eataly, Bologna. Gusher. Cloudy pale orange, large solid white head, solid lacing. Aroma of orange, light spice. Taste is sour orange with a lemonade finish. Decent sour ale, nothing fancy.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of ChristianScheffel. It looks quite mediocre with it’s hazy, golden-yellow body and small, white cap of bubbles. The rest of the beer is luckily on a different level. Citrusy, slightly rubbery nose with pale malts and some barnyard. Maybe that didn’t sound nice, but it was. On the palate it’s on the astringent, sour side with citrus and brett. Quite well-balanced and tasteful. Medium body fullness. Nice. 090822

At GBBF 2009. I thought it was an ok sour, but it had some cardboard in the flavour too. Some lemon on the sourness

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of ChristianScheffel. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with an off-white head. Intense Brett aroma. Medium body, tart fruit and a strange indefinable edge of something. But otherwise completely dominated by citrus and Brett. 220809
