Sample at the taproom during the "Nocterra's 6th Anniversary Party" event on 02/01/2025. Brown-black pour with a medium thin beige head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Roast malt, chocolate and coffee aroma. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, roast coffee and a touch of earthy hops. The finish is dry with a roasty malt and chocolate aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
