500ml bottle shared by Finn. Nice and deep, dark amber body under a steady, off-white layer. Minimal aroma of slightly, roasted malts. Rounded flavour of dark caramel malts. Medium to thin bodied. Alright with the cheese (at Finns, Tromsø 22.09.2010).

Bottle from supermarket kantarell outside Mariehamn, Åland Finland cons 2010-09-02 Göteborg AR: chocolate/caramel fudge (those german ones which I now don’t remember the name of...) AP: caremel brown, 2 cm high livly quickly disapearing beige head F: caramel, a bit watery, high carbonation, medium low bitterness, a bit boring to me - the aroma didn’t keep what it pledged

So I see just one bottle of this at the supermarket, remember that this is supposed to be a seasonal and get it instead of the pale one. And then I find a shitload of these on the airport but not a single bottle of the pale on my way back. Figures. Anyway, poured a dark amber-red body with an off-white to tan head. Sweet malty nose, not all that impressive. Ordinary dunkel taste, light acidity surrounding a roasty altiness, light coffee, slightly yoghurty. Better than some Finnish beers, but hey, not like the standard is all that huge among those available in supermarkets.

Bottlled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear amber, no head. Light caramelly malt forms a fairly light body. The simple caramel flavour has low intesnity before it fadesout into a buttery finish without bitterness. Very basic stuff.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of bread, caramel, and a bit of metal, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
