Schöne hefetrübe, helle Farbe, schöner feinpooriger Schaum. Frisch-hefig-weiziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-hefig-mild, schön weich. Der Hauptteil ist mild-weizig, hefig. Schön rund. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, schön mild-weizig. Zum letzten Teil des Nachgeschmacks wird das Bier ganz leicht herb, und der Nachgeschmack fällt relativ schnell ab. Trotzdem ein schönes, rundes Weizen.

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big but not very persistent foamy white head. Sourish and slightly sweet fruity nose of overripe citrus and a touch of banana, accompanied by clovy spice. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderately wheaty and citrus fruity taste; a rising bitterness and clovy spices become a bit harsh towards the finish (02.XI.08).
