Crowler thanks to Brian. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, roast, brownie, green pepper. Slick body, green pepper, cocoa, fudge, boozy finish, good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges quickly and laces slightly. Aroma combines bitter coffee and dark chocolate with a bit of creamy dark grains underlying. Flavor has chocolate and sweet dark grains with a bit of coffee in the finish.
