From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to murky dark brown with a small tan head. Again looking darker than Geneva and a lot different than Lausanne. Roasted malty aroma, light spiced. Mild spiced with annis seed and distinct yeasty flavoured. Slight phenolic and sweet caramelish into the finish. Lasting phenolic and dark roasted malty into the far finish.
