Off Piste Pale ale, our Back Country Skiing inspired American Pale ale. At about 5.5% it's very drinkable and flavorful. It uses a new hop blend Zythos. This one is nearly gone, hoard it where you can. We made this beer with Van Havig and Ben Love of the soon to be opened Gigantic Brewing. We decided to salute the Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar. Because we can't drive 55, it is made to 56 ibus, 1.056 OG and uses 1056 Ale yeast. It is also made with Agave Syrup and a squeeze of lime.

From tap at Taphouse Grill. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity and mild citrusy hoppy. Medium dry, toasted malty and light herbal hoppy note. Less citrusy than the aroma. Bitter and dry finish, light toasted malty.

Draught. Aroma is is biscuity with notes of rusk. Golden colour, clear. Thin head. A single batch ale from Oakshire. Balanced body, mix of hop and fruity malt. Speedy finish, yet satisfying. Get it before it’s gone
