From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy, fruity and light spiced yeasty. Spiced, dry yeasty and light phenolic. Bitter and dry phenolic finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a crystal clear golden hued body with a white head that lasts. Good lace. Aromas are spicy, phenolic, peppery, dry, light citrus zest, grainy, malty, wheat, lightly bready. Dry fruit ester character. Flavors are dry, some initial bitterness, earthy phenols, a bit of spicy, heat, peppers (all light). Some grainy and lightly grassy notes with a little bit of yeast tartness. Very lively bubbles, low bodied, dry with a crisp finish.
