Naja... 12/7/8/7/7/7

0,5 l bottle. I don´it like these kind of bottle labels for a german beer. Dark hazy red brown, small short living head. Starts medium herb, a little bit yeast an very flat. Followed by light nuts and burned wood, not roasted. Dry fruits, old butter and later plastic. No CO2 visible. Maybe there is something wrong with the bottle? BB January 2014.

500ml bottle. Hazy mahogany colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, off-white head. Wheaty aroma with a hazelnut touch, hints of citrus. Taste is minimally tart, flat wheaty, grainy; in the finish dry, grassy, hints of apple parings.

Bottled (from landbierparadies.de). Hazy deep ambery/brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is wheat, spices, yeast, some herbs as well. Flavour is wheat, citrus, spices and some herbal notes. Tasted really good along with bacon and egg, but drinking "as is" it’s nothing very exciting. So score with the breakfast bacon’n’eggs would be 7 4 8 3 15 (3.7)

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange and toffee malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Sweet orange juice, cloves, and light toffee malt flavor - not as strong as the aroma would lead you to believe - disappointing. A bit too light.
