Test vom 21.9.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,12,10,12,10 - 10,60

Hazy golden color with mild citrus aroma followed by a more dominant wheat. A clove and banana taste thin in body but not bad.

(screw-cap-bottle) The lighter “sister” of the Angerwirtsweizen by Pyraser: Hazy, light-orange colour with a fluffy and stable foamy white head. Light-sweet, yeasty and wheaty aroma with notes of cloves and a light citrus-fruity touch. Light-sweet, sourish flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Light wheaty and fruity taste, almost watery but refreshing, slightly acidic finish. Not bad.
