A refreshing pale lager brewed with birch to capture Estonian nature and sauna culture.

Taste: From the first sip to the aftertaste, strong birch sauna whisk notes prevail. The beer has a rather full-bodied character. Although birch is dominant, it is pleasantly balanced with malty sweetness and a touch of citrusy hop bitterness.

Appearance: A clear golden-yellow beer with a dense, long-lasting white head.

Nose: The aroma is herbal, with a strong dominance of birch leaf scents. In the background, there’s a hint of sweet maltiness characteristic of lagers.

Malts: Pilsner malt, Dextrin malt

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Birch

Crisp, grassy and herbal with some birch, hay, earthiness and bready maltiness, hints of some dankish vibes. Okay, quite easy going lager

44cl can from Sip, Tallinn. Pours clear golden with a moderate, white head. Quite birchy, yes, pleasant mild aroma with light citrusy notes and pale malt as well. Moderate sweet with fairly low flavour intensity. Rater pleasant and quite enjoyable.

Magus, mõru, linnaseline, tsitrus, kerge kase maitse, viljane. Ok, nõksa liiga magus, aga muidu sobib.
