A refreshing pale lager brewed with birch to capture Estonian nature and sauna culture.
Taste: From the first sip to the aftertaste, strong birch sauna whisk notes prevail. The beer has a rather full-bodied character. Although birch is dominant, it is pleasantly balanced with malty sweetness and a touch of citrusy hop bitterness.
Appearance: A clear golden-yellow beer with a dense, long-lasting white head.
Nose: The aroma is herbal, with a strong dominance of birch leaf scents. In the background, there’s a hint of sweet maltiness characteristic of lagers.
Malts: Pilsner malt, Dextrin malt
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Birch

440ml can from Vinonopolet Langnes. Misty pale golden body, slowly declining white head, fair lacing. Quite promising malt-fruity aromas, mid-dry. Fine blended taste of biscuit, noble hops, and mild malty sweetness. Drying close with a bitter touch. Food friendly with our coalfish. Pretty good (Tromsø, 08.07.2025).

Can at home. Pours a .hazy straw yellow colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of hay, light bread, sweet corn and some lime. Flavour of wet hay, light bread, grass and heather in the background. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a soft to medium level bitternes. A creative touch on a pale lager. Interesting.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Golden body, whtie head. Floral, bit herbal aroma, malty, low spruce. Lean, light, sweetish taste, qutie sprucy, low bitterness. Fun!
