Sample at the taproom during the "Nocterra's 6th Anniversary Party" event on 02/01/2025. Hazy yellow-gold pour with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, pine, stone fruit and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruit and piney hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
