Sample at the taproom during the "Nocterra's 6th Anniversary Party" event on 02/01/2025. The beer is a slightly hazy bright golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lime, passionfruit, floral yeast, pineapple and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a citrus and pineapple aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
