Draft at Red Cypress. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aromas apples, oak, and bourbon. Bourbon and apple flavor with quite a bit of oak and earthiness. Medium body with average carbonation.

Not bad. Light apple nose, dry and light. Lightly tart with green apple flavors. Pale straw color.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is citric, apples zesty and dry. Lingering dry and sourish, crisp apple fruity far finish.
