On tap at Vermont Tap House.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a clean transparent yellow color with some carbonation rising at a nice pace.
The aroma takes on some light lime and lemon pulpy sweet to sour qualities hitting some sly bitterness of the rind. Dried wheatiness, somewhat there but very under for it’s style.
The flavor leans sour initially causing some lacto taste to actually blend on into a sticky wheaty wanna be bite to the aftertaste. Quick sour finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionability about it. Low carbonation.
Overall, pretty good Berliner by an American brewer. Worthy of having again, preferably in the Summer.
