Danke für die Flasche Günther. Golden, huge head, a bit of a gusher, no visible carbonation. Grainy and fat fruity nose (peach, pear). Strawlike, fat grainy base, light acidic, sweet, light on the hops. Medium body, solid slightly flat mouthfeel. Quick finish, pearwood aftertaste.

Bottle: Golden coloured, smaller foamy layer; sweetish pale-malty nose with a tinge of hops in the nose; medium bodied, soft MF; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; clean sweet-malty finish with a tinge of honey and a touch of hops. Quite a good Helles..........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big, minimal off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet strawy malty and sour doughy nose with notes of draff and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt-character with traces of sour dough; moderately dry, malt-accented and slightly bitter finish (05.07.08).
