Riktigt och friskt och gott. Smak och doft av humle, malt, pepper, örter och toner av apelsin. Kraftfull för en så låg alkoholhalt. Bra beska.

Aroma has yeasty notes, some fruits and hints of hay. Flavour is somewhat fruity with yeast, some wheaty notes, hints of citron and spices. Decent.

Belgisk svag ljus ale d v s Saison. En försiktig kryddning som bara anas. Aningens pepprig. Friskt, jästigt och skönt med en öl som inte behöver ha 9% för att få fyllig karaktär.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish. 070511

Bottle. Clear deep golden with big off-white head. Flavour is malt, yeast, little perfume, spices, little bitter, little butter and hops.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Samarkand Växjö. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, hops and notes of sugar.

Small rim, despite heavy carbonation in veiled orange beer, quite some UFO’s. Very spiced nose, yeastesters, moulded lemonpeel, coriander. Quite citrusy flavour, lemon, again very yeasty in character. Very well-carbonated, and yet a bit sticky in the finish. Way too spiced. A saison has to have a CLEAN flavour, before everything. The little acidity seems forced.
