Belgisk svag ljus ale d v s Saison. En försiktig kryddning som bara anas. Aningens pepprig. Friskt, jästigt och skönt med en öl som inte behöver ha 9% för att få fyllig karaktär.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Samarkand Växjö. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, hops and notes of sugar.

Small rim, despite heavy carbonation in veiled orange beer, quite some UFO’s. Very spiced nose, yeastesters, moulded lemonpeel, coriander. Quite citrusy flavour, lemon, again very yeasty in character. Very well-carbonated, and yet a bit sticky in the finish. Way too spiced. A saison has to have a CLEAN flavour, before everything. The little acidity seems forced.
