Our latest IPA is loaded with over 5.5 lbs of hops per barrel. Simcoe and Centennial hops provide a sweet citrus flavor, while the Mosaic and X06277 provide tropical notes reminiscent of pineapple and papaya. Wheat and oats offer a solid body and just enough malt flavor to keep the hops in balance.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy. Juicy. Lingering fruity. Citrusy to peach hoppy. Mellow and lingering fruity finish.
