Winter in Wallonia is one of our most complex beers to date. Eight different malts, dark candied sugar, seven different spices, and our Belgian yeast work together to create a strong ale that will keep you guessing. The spices, reminiscent of a Christmas cookie, are front and center, but are followed up quickly with malts that provide notes of coffee, raisin, and bread crust. Our Belgian yeast provides a touch of fruity ester, but also ensures a dry finish that makes this beer extremely drinkable.
