Bottle, 10.2%. Acetone aroma, smells like a 40% drink. Clear very pale yellow colour. The flavour has a little acetone as well, followed by several spices and some oak, vanilla notes. Starts off with weak apple juice flavour, turns alcoholic, and finishes with the vanilla flavour. I like the sweet meads better.

Bottle 25 cl. Clear golden with no head. Very interesting spicy aroma.. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel and distinct oaky touches in the finish. A very unusual and personal interpretation of a mead. 291208

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and almost pale yellow with no head. Solid honey and slight chemical aroma. Solid alcohol burn in the nose and eyes. Sweet and herbal flavoured. Quite wooden and dry flavoured. Holds dry and herbal note into a dry finish. Not my thing.
