Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. A quite simplistic strong Ale, with some orange fruitness and spicy character, even a hint of manure; but , tasted twice within a week, it shows some infection spreading into it…

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear, golden body with a white head. A bit weak aroma, with fruit, some spices, banana and some citrus. Sweet flavor with yeast-notes, pale malt, a little spicyness and a good fruityness. Medium body with a nice carbonation level. Fruity, slighlty spiced finish. The nose is too weak, but it is a nice, relaxing beer. (071006)

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin dense light tan head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of fruit - primarily peaches, yeast, and spices - primarily coriander, as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit - both peaches and apples, combined with spicy notes of cinnamon and coriander, as well as lighter notes of yeast. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the cheeks and on the tongue.
