Hope Flows Kolsch was inspired by the traditional ales Colonge, Germany. This light bodied Ale is slightly fruity, crisp and clean with a dry finish that lets malted barley and earthy hops shine through.

2$ can from vintage. Pour is virtually clear with a big white head. First taste is bready with a slight yeast background. Comes across a little boozy even tho its only about 5%. In the middle I'm getting a hint of astringent bitterness. Very good level of co2 sizzle. Towards the end its becoming a little more beady and naughty. Yea, this stuff finishes with a near soapy attitude. Can take it or leave it, meh.
