A Kellerpils brewed and dry-hopped with Tradition hops from Locher-Hopfen in Germany and Aurora from Bosnar Hop Farm in Slovenia. We visited both farms during the 2020 harvest to select the hops, which we then smuggled back to Berlin by train. Dry, crispy with pronounced noble hop character but surprising hints of pear and lemon pith.

33 cl can. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is grassy to straw. Toasted, grassy. Bitter and toasted malty. Medium dry and grassy finish.
