Bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy orange ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong raspberry, cherry, funk, oak, barnyard. Slick body, very tart raspberry, funky, light oak, enjoyed this.

Spritziger natürlicher Beginn. Viel Himbeere, ansteigende Säure, minimale, aber eben doch vorhandene, Karbonisierung, intensiv. Die Säure ist nun konstant auf hohem Level, die Fruchtigkeit ist ebenfalls konstant, vollmundig und harmonisch. Adstringent, beerig, weich. Langer Abgang, in dem die Säure konstant bleibt, die Himbeere aber schnell abnimmt. Gut. 10/12/11/12/10/12

Flaska från 3F vinterpaket 2020. Klarröd med liten krona. Klar och frisk i doft och smak med rejäla toner av nyplockade hallon. Fin balans mellan syrlighet och sötma. Ren i smaken. En riktigt crowdpleaser, lättdrucket.

Hazy ruby-red with a thin pinkish-white head. Huge fresh raspberry notes, unripe raspberries, 3F mineral funk. Really nice.

Bottle. Rather clear ruby color with white-pinkish head. Aroma is clear raspberries, very fresh fruity, overripe and fermenting, leathery. Taste is the same, very fruity, a solid tartness in the back, but not too much. Very dry. Mineraly mouthfeel with a very light fizz. Awesome stuff!
